Shipping Policy

At checkout, customers select and pay for their preferred shipping method and carrier. Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Seven Suns Collective is no longer responsible for transit times, delivery delays, or carrier-related issues.

If you have concerns regarding your shipment, please contact us at storm@7sunscollective.com. While we are happy to assist with carrier follow-ups when possible, some situations may require the customer to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further investigation.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Seven Suns Collective does not ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Orders may be delayed if additional verification is required or during periods of high order volume.

During product launches, special events, sales, or holiday seasons, increased demand may result in slight processing or shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Seven Suns Collective does not operate or ship orders on the following USPS federal holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day

  • Christmas Eve

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Riverside, California.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to populate, as carriers may experience delays in scanning packages.

USPS and other carriers may issue service alerts due to weather conditions, natural disasters, special events, or operational disruptions. When service alerts are active, delivery times may be extended beyond standard estimates.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or nearby delivery locations.

If the package cannot be located and USPS was the selected carrier, you will need to submit a postal inquiry or claim directly with USPS. USPS records delivery scans with the date, time, and location of delivery to assist in investigations.

If more than 24 hours have passed since the delivery status was posted, submitting a service request with your local post office may help expedite the investigation. USPS typically responds within 2–3 business days.

Address Accuracy & Returned Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Seven Suns Collective is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failure to retrieve a package, or address changes after shipment.

All sales are final. Returned orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If an order is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping fees. A shipping invoice will be issued prior to resending the order.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times generally range from 10–15 business days, with an additional 1–2 weeks possible due to customs processing depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and weight. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. If these fees are not paid, the package may be returned, and only the cost of the product will be eligible for refund.
